i love sleep

i wish i could go at it longer.
it usually takes me a while to get to sleep, but otherwise i have no problem.
so it's only a problem if i'm sleepy and there's only time for a short nap. because most of that time will go in me wooing sleep
my sleep is disturbed by my roommate too because she'll go to bed without finishing her homework 'cause she's tired and then wake up in the small hours of morning because she can't sleep knowing she's got work left, do the work, then go back to sleep. so she'll end up waking me too with her typing/page-flipping noises. otherwise she'll stay up working till late and even though we have an agreement that she switches off the light by 12, i can't check the time when she actually does, and even after she does the sound of her typing/page-flipping keeps me up.
like, she needs to be able to work in the room because it's as much hers as mine. and she has different study/sleep habits than mine so ofc there's going to be some discordance. idk how to be less of a light/sensitive sleeper.
