They do indeed, but at the same time, they're also only there for a short time so all you can do is try to bear through it.
Like, it woke me up yesterday but today is already better.

When I get cramps it can last a day... sometimes 2. That is period ones.

I've got them. They should be gone in a week. At least I hope so.

Mine, like River's, only last a day or two. The problem right now is more than it's way too hot and that it makes cramps even more painful.

Other than that and completely unrelated but I bought a nice carpet for my living room, I now feel like a responsible adult. XD

Mine are super long because I just got an iud inserted. Uterus is upset there is something in it. lol.

Heat with the cramps are the worst. At least in the winter you can get a nice heating pad on it. It's comforting.


What's it look like? Sounds exciting to me!

The heat helps cramps go away I find. I remember a friend said her grandmother insisted she use a cold pack rather than heat pack... we were like uuuh no. That'll make the pain worse.

Then again I take a buttload of painkillers too......

But I skip now........

what colour is the rug? is it soft??

@light: aha uterus is upset when there's nothing in it and when there's something in it as well. You can never win.

@River: depend on the heat I guess. While heat pads and a hot bath are comforting, when it's so hot outside it makes you collapse on a normal day it's even worse with cramps.


My rug is so soft, it's green and it makes my living room looks like there's a patch of grass on it. It's perfect, thank you Ikea XD
