I had 'by-proxy' friends in middle school. One of my best friends is very social, so I hanged with her and her other friends. :}

Congratz Nankuii ^^ Hope it was fun!

You just had prom..so that means you just finished highschool right? I was the same in highschool, having social support was really important to me. I was also battling depression which made it really rough for me. I found it really changed once I entered University though, there's simply too much stuff to do to manage school and friends at the same time @.@ (depending on what you study of course)

We're going all the way to middle school, huh? xD

bunny: Not yet, I have about a week or two left.
I'd rather much be alone, as sad as it can sound, I'm not really a social person. But there are times when I need to go out with a friend or two for lunch or something /w\ I'll miss them... ;o;

I hear that from so many people, but I hope to still be somewhat active in my social life! o_o;; Or have that one friend I can count on lol

Well considering that middle school in the Netherlands is from ages 12 to 17/19 depending which course load you are following, yes middle school. :}

@Nankuii: It's not sad at all! There's a big difference between being alone and being lonely. I think it is very healthy to be comfortable and happy to be alone :) I consider myself a very social person but I'm never uncomfortable or sad or lonely when I'm alone.

It's the opposite for me, instead of needing to go out sometimes I need alone time sometimes x.x

I'm sure you will be fine in university~ The friends that count will understand when you are too busy to hang out ^^
