Come to think of it, there's another one in this building. I don't know if he barks and bugs his neighbours, but I know he came downstairs to the lobby the other day and asked me to let him out the front door. I told him no and go and pointed away from the door, and he went where I pointed and didn't follow me out. He's obviously been given some good training.

my next door neighbors had a Shi Tzu at one point, back when we were living in another part of town... then they got a Beagle when the Shi Tzu passed away, and she and the Border Collie my family had were BFFs and would run around and race on either side of their fence. Now the neighbors have a Labradoodle.
