Yeah, true. I wonder if there's something else you could try. Relaxing scents or something? I know some people make pillows or little sachets of herbs.
Mostly work and running around doing work or appointment stuff. XD Next week I have a little more time off so I'm hoping to get somewhere on the drawings I've been working on. I managed to do a hand and arm so far on my OC, but that's about it, lol.

Well, I was sleeping with my Kuroshitsuji manga on my bed.
That was the week without attacks.
And when I did have an attack, I took a Valerian root, which I hadn't been taking, and I didn't read xD
It's just trying to find the perfect combination.
I'll find it eventually.
It's not like the Anxiety is HORRIBLE and UNBEARABLE - it'll always go away.
It just feels like a burning in my chest and I want to just rip my skin off.
It's the most annoying feeling in the world and I can't stop it which makes me even more upset xD
But my therapists and people online said not to fight against it, just let it bed.
You know, you just get tired of the same old shit over and over >>

I mean it makes my mood pick up completely.
I haven't been doing much, just trying to settle down.
I found out my mom has a court appointment in July.
They're going to rule on her. So anxious.
But you know, the person pressing charges is full of shit >_>
She's been caught saying stuff that was the opposite of what she claims.
not to mention the crime is nowhere near right - anyone with common sense knows it.
It's all just STUPID.
They haven't gotten my dad yet, though.
I don't think his case is really that important if they haven't even charged him in over a year >>
