Yeah if you still want to eat a LOT of junk food then you need to exercise a WHOLE LOT.
You can diet and still eat SOME junk food. As long as you don't go over the amount of calories you have set to eat.

I'm trying to get down to 250 and then I'll start exercising gently. My lungs are so bad lately even short walks make it hard to breathe.


That sucks. Does some one fix it for free? If not I think that a new AC would probably be a good investment.

I think my sister said she was around 230 or something? I know M is about that... and my sister's husband is over 250 I think. I know I've put on a little bit... I always do during Winter, Idk why. Too much good food. T_T
