I don't think I can write it. I don't even know how to start it. It's freaking me out.

I'm also much more wasteful than I should be. I try to recycle and stuff, but I'm so lazy. The minute it becomes too inconvenient I just throw stuff away.

It is terrible. But they haven't spilled anything on me in a while.

Yeah... the only place I recycle is at work.

I ended up having a panic attack. How fun.

I used to do really good with the recycling thing. I'm getting back to what I was doing. Yay.

I'm okay. Class was cancelled again. I'm hoping that they cancel school again tomorrow. I just want to lay in bed all day. I'm not feeling all this effort stuff. lol

I haven't done ANY thing today. Ugh. I'm ashamed of myself. Oh well. One day I won't suck so much.

I've been too scared of having another panic attack to try to write my paper again. I've never had a freaking panic attack over school work. I feel dumb.

Oh yikes! I hate panic attacks. I haven't had a serious one in years though.

You shouldn't feel dumb, it's really been stressing you so it's not unusual that you had an attack over it. But calm down, you can do this, and once it's over with you'll feel a million times better!

I'm doing pretty good.. I've just been real tired all day.

I've only recently been dealing with serious anxiety. Or maybe just recently diagnosed. Who knows. I just know I don't like it.

I suppose so. I just I wish that I didn't have to deal with these issues. I have so many different problems.

I think I've had them for quite a while. I guess I've never gotten treatment for it. My mother wasn't very attentive to my needs.

Right now, I do get stressed about school work and such. But the only class that has caused major anxiety is English. I'm not sure why. I would think that I would do okay at it.

No. My mom is always tired. I guess it's genetic. I wish I knew so I could stop being tired all the time.

I think that diet and exercise is also part of the problem. So much fun.

Pasta is lots of fun. It's so versatile. I got some good noodles from the store. It was a dollar a box. There's flavoring in it so all I have to do is boil it and mix it together. lol. I was thinking that putting some chicken in it might make it more filling.

I don't really care for red beans and rice. Seems like every time I try to eat it I get tiny rocks in my food. I'm not sure why, but it hurts my teeth.

Yeah, it's the Zatarian's brand. I'm not sure on the spelling.

Well, it's not unusual to get leaves, twigs, and occasionally rocks in food. I don't mind twigs and leaves, but the rocks hurt.

Ah! I use their dirty rice mix. It's yum <3

That's strange to me. xD I have never had any of that happen that I know of! Or maybe I wasn't paying attention? But I def had rocks in that TV dinner, and it wasn't just that one like ALL of them have it. I stopped buying them. D: Maybe they like didn't cook the rice right, I don't know.

It's almost Friday!

Well it is pretty common. Because the farmers don't just pick the food with their hands, they use huge machines to do it. Sometimes the machines collect more than just food. lol

I rather enjoy dirty rice.

I guess that the farmers who do their rice are just especially careless.

I washed my hair again. My damned hot water keeps running out in less than 30 minutes. Makes me mad.
