Yes. They are called Polychromos and are softer than most colored pencils. Also, they can be smudged using oil. But I have not tried that yet x'D

I think that I have heard of polychromos. They're higher quality ones right?
Oo. I'd be scared to use the oil too. Maybe there's an instruction video that would help? Or you could just practice on some basic coloring.
