Sometimes when I am not getting enough sleep I can use extra meditation to help tide me over. It's nor good nor perfect a solution, but it helps me a bit through the worst of it.
Maybe you could give that a try?

I could really take my own advice on this but I find exercising helpful for getting enough sleep at night. It makes you more tired by the time night falls and then you fall asleep easier
