does any exercise make you cranky? or walking cos it's monotonous?

@mementomori: If I push my self it comes out terrible. I've done enough mindless things to try and get out of my rut. I've even tried to read something other children's books. Maybe I need a change of scenery.

That could be. Honestly, I usually end up scrapping the work that I do in an attempt to force myself forward, but it's worth it in the end for me because after enough times doing that I find some genuine motivation or what have you. I'm sorry things are so rough for you.

the hardest part is always starting :)

often... but it's more of a mood thing than it is me being in a rut. i always have things i want to do/should be doing. i guess for me though, usually going out and doing something i don't normally do refreshes me a lot. especially since my hobbies are primarily indoors.

Thinking in posiitve is the way I try to exit for boredom.
I know, it is difficult, but it works.
I imagine with friends smiling...
