I hope you never do. I have devastating anxiety though, it's like monstrous. I have to hide under a blanket to get over it and I can't get up from the bed even if I wanted to.

Thats okay :) I had some grape fruit juice recently and it messed up my psyche meds for three days. >_< I almost had to go to the hospital over it. Mental health is so important, but it's also very fragile. Now I look at labels before I buy products.

I didn't know grape juice could have that affect, but it makes sense, everything affects brain/body chemistry. What are the other things you need to be careful of when you're checking the labels?

Grapefruit juice really cancels my meds out. I read labels all the time now. I'll have to ask my prescriber when I get to see her next time. I really enjoy fruit juice but citrus may just be too much for me to drink.

I take two main psychiatric medications that react the most to grapefruit juice. I read so many labels now ;-;
