I find a lot of times in the past to be really alluring, especially the 1600-1800s and also the 1960s. But I also don't know if I'd want to actually live there and give up modern medicine and plumbing.... The future doesn't really appeal to me as much. But I'd also hope that medical stuff would be better, and that's pretty tempting...
If you could pick any year or time period to live in, when would you want to live?

I always think I would like to live in Jane Austen's time. The clothes, the fact that you could basically sew and play piano and do nothing else all day while your husband worked, the way that women were just being allowed to be authors so I could still write...
But then I think about the other side of things, like the hygiene, the medical field and how you couldn't even be expected to get through childbirth, the lack of rights for women, and I have to say I'd rather live now XD
Basically I just need a rich husband I think. Too bad I've already fallen for someone who isn't rich XD

If I could be sure to be one of the noble and rich..maybe I would try the old past...
anyway even if the future could be really appealing..I'm not sure what we're going on...
So..if I have to choose.. best time to live is probably 1950-1970....there was a period where all seemed possible to be..a lot of things happened it that period

This is a pretty good point, I wouldn't want to be poor or oppressed in any time at all XD

Very true. If all else fails I would probably enjoy living amongst dinosaurs for a bit until they inevitably ate me XD
