I got up, ate some cereal. Drank some coffee. Went to the doctor for blood test results. Not super great, so came home and moped around a bit. Ate some lunch. Watched a bunch of mindless TV. Folded some laundry. Meh.

That's difficult, but surely if you get snowed in they will waive the late fees? I feel like that sort of policy would be a good one in an area with very harsh winters....

(I didn't get to the library, I got to talk to tax people instead. Well, at least something got done, maybe I can get to the library late tomorrow? The morning is already promised elsewhere)

Today started early because I had to make a lunch and take an Elder to a gardening conference. I know already that tomorrow will end up being a day spent out in the yard....

Bought a new computer today, which I can't really afford, so gonna have to figure out how to pay back my parents for half of it. Trying to get it all set up and move my files now. Not sure when I'm going to find time to do my writing. I only wrote maybe...300 words before I left and while in the car. I still have work later tonight.

I woke up, ate a hard boiled egg, had some coffee outside in the snow. Did the dishes, got some of the recycling stuff ready for garbage day tomorrow. Had a cheese sandwich for lunch, now watching some TV and might read a bit before taking a nap.

I woke up and played around on my cellphone for a bit. I was supposed to get up and do my exercises before my boyfriend came over but I was still in bed reading stuff on my phone when he called to let me know he was there. So we hung out for a bit. He brought Indian food and I had made some tomato rice, lentils and beans the night before (I made it for his Poppy but it doesn't freeze so well so I divided it up into 4 portions for his Poppy, him, my parents, and me) so we ate some of that. He got me chocolate so we ate that and had some tea, talked about his new roommate-to-be (his ex-girlfriend is moving in so I'm being paranoid about it and he's being paranoid about it, but he really needs someone to split his rent right now). Then he went to visit his Poppy and I finally got some exercise in. I took care of some dishes after that, tidied the place up a bit, checked my email, practiced my Spanish, and played some more games. And now I feel a bit better about my day.

I don't think you are being paranoid at all. Having an ex move in is never a good idea no matter how you look at it.


Sooo, not much done today. Put laundry away. Made "frozen hot chocolate" which is chocolate icecream, cocoa powder, milk, ice, and coconut yogurt all blended together in the blender. Super yummy.

Nothing much. Went to work, did a bit of grocery shopping, finished a piece of Christmas knitting, went to book club which was cancelled due to weather, had an intense business and life conversation with a friend, currently doing the laundry.
