I think ideally you should eat like every 3 hours or so~

Still got a lil under 18lbs to lose.
I must do it. Because I always give up and I don't wanna give up this time.
Must get it done!
But I will give myself cheat days. 1 per week.
Says it helps you lose better and stick to it longer.

Bah. I used to do that, and it did work awesome, but I ate a lot more calories that way even when it was jsut like veggie snacks and such

Right now I eat around 1,200 but try to keep it below 900 that I don't burn off per day

Nah. It shouldn't cause I eat the Minimum of 1,200
Like I said, if it doesn't do great for this week then I'll eat more.
Gotta try and see what works. It might still send me into starvation, never know.
I will give it until my weigh in on Sat. Morning. If I haven't lost a nice amount by then, then I have my cheat day and then up my calories for the normal days.

Calories are energy... if you burn more than you intake, you lose weight, if you intake more than you burn, you gain weight~
