Something about the word Monday makes me feel dreadful. I want Monday to be Sunday 2

Ha as someone who works Sundays 90% of the time and usually has Mondays off, can't relate :'P

instead the whole 'its the weekend!!' vibe irks me. I work 6/7 and most weekends. When people wish me a good weekend with lots of fun etc I always think 'what weekend?' c':

I only tend to get 2 days off in a row if I work 10+ days first haha
but its ok cause I'm glad for the chance to get stuff done now!

it doesn't, once every other month or so and only if there's no other way to fill the hours. It can happen with colleagues needing sudden days off or such or switches being made. This time it happened cause of a week-schedule being switched cause the boss noticed too late that he got the dates messed up for some leave a colleague wanted to take. It was basically an oopsie haha and a week switch was the easiest/fastest fix. I don't mind c:

I quite like having 2 days off now in fact :'D
tomorrow is going to be major cleaning/tidying day, and Monday will be hobby day ~

but it's been going alright c: i went out and played some board games today.
we played clickbait among other things, which is about coming up with funny one line sentences to advertise a made up product like seagull insurance or temporary face transplant xD it was hilarious.
the last game, voodoo, kicked our asses tho... prolly cause we took it too seriously xD

other than that i just fell into a new fandom so now i'm entertaining myself with fanfiction :B

tbh I'd be happy working any day really atm

today's all about cleaning though ~ right now I'm waiting for a third batch of laundry to finish so we can hang it up. We already vacuumed and cleaned everywhere and once the laundry is hanging up I'll be dusting off the desks and such c:

tomorrow is all for updating my itabags and getting started on some wig styling!

I felt the same when I was still job searching, I remember in my interview for my current job they were asking me all these 'could you work on x and y days' questions and I could have gotten whiplash for all my nodding like

yes, yes and yes I will work whenever please hire me xD

For me today was that whole "can't fall asleep standing up, I'll fall and hit my head or break something" dragging tired walking-zombie thing.
I am SO glad I don't drive, I'd have crashed and killed someone for sure.
Fortunately the only work I had to do, didn't need brains. Just persistence. And that's almost easier when you're tired because you don't really register or notice much, just do, until the sudden lack of "next-thing-to-do" wakes you up enough to notice you're done....
or that might just be me, I can never tell when some peculiarity of habit is a "Strange And Neat Thing Humans Do" and when it's a "Bizarre Li Li Quirk".
