I keep getting the prompt to go get the free item in the vault. But when I go to collect the floating item, it has an error "Error:Item cannot be collected!". I would really like to collect the item :P

Have you tried anything yet like refreshing the page?
Another User an me also had problems collecting the item this time.
For me it worked after refreshing the page, though the other user reported that they had to refresh multiple times until it worked.
Not realy a great solution but I hope it helps

I had trouble too. Logged out, logged in again, didn't work.
Tried the refreshing the Vault page multiple times -at first it didn't work. Eventually, though, it did.
Maybe I just had to wait until the item showed up at a specific spot or something?
Anyhow, give a try to refreshing the Vault.

I remember this is a problem someone reported before. Sadly starkad has not been able to figure out the problem, since he cannot reproduce the error. I had it happening to me once, but for me a single refresh fixed the issue.
If anyone of you was not able to collect the free item, please send me a PM and I will send you the item in a trade.
I understand this is not a proper solution, but sadly all I can offer for now.

Had the issue crop up again, this time in the market. Refreshed a few times, gonna try a couple more.
That seems to have fixed the issue!
