I'm sick. Voice was gone yesterday, chest was full of bluck. Today the nose is running and I'm coughing some. I'm just really grateful that I don't have the sore throat that someone else reported for a similar cold they have right now.

With mom retiring in June of this coming year, money's gonna be even tighter.

I occasionally get lucky with f2p stuff, at least. been playing Wuthering Waves, Fire Emblem Heroes, and Zenless Zone Zero a lot... also been playing War Thunder (I'm absolutely lousy at ships and tanks, but planes, I am somewhat decent at, especially when I fly a bomber :3).

FEH makes me a bit melancholy at times, because I miss the friend who introduced it to me dearly. He and I fell off each other's radars when his life imploded back in 2019.

Awww. Do you know about those apps where you play games to get gift cards? I know a couple people who use them.

I wanted to play Wuthering Waves. The exploring was so much fun. But my eyes just won't do it anymore. Did you find the white bull up above the city? I can't fly to save my life, except in dreams. lol

Awwww. *hug* It's hard when you lose friends like that. Though I had one friend actually hunt me up ten years after she disappeared, and we're talking again almost every night.

I did, and I sat in the highest chair in the city. Which gave me an achievement. I like the male Rover's voice better than the female's.

I'm gonna try writing a letter and sending it to the last address I have, with "Plz forward if addressee moved, USPS!" on it. or something similar.

I just played the girl because I play with girl dolls, and I liked watching her clothes and stuff move. Even though I don't like her outfit. Do you pet lots of cats and dogs? I also crawled into one of the terrarium type things in the city, just to see what the game would say. And found that dumpster that looks like the one behind this building.

I wasn't terribly fond of the female Rover's outfit either. Her hair's cute though, so there's that at least. I like that WuWa is open world, so I can climb on stuff. and sometimes, there's rewards waiting on the high points. I'm currently working on getting the grumpy doctor, Mortefi, leveled up, and hoping I can pull General Jiyan someday.

I can't believe I didn't think of it. I was literally crawling into and on top of everything else I could. I even danced on the rooftops of the city. Well, can't remember if there's a dance thing, but I had the character up there running around. First game I actually felt free to climb all over. I think I remember the grumpy doctor! The combat didn't overwhelm me either. Just the running around fried the silly Tam eyes.

*looks up* Jetfire's offering you a NY drink.

One thing I like about WuWa is that it reminds you to take breaks after a few hours. With my ADHD and time blindness, I need the reminders.

Mortefi is basically a cat, imo. He's one of my favorite characters in the game, too.

I've taken screenshots of the Rover on top of City Hall, and on top of the mountain. I need to go to the mine and see if I can climb the big tower in the center for a screenshot there too.

*raises her glass of fireball, cola, and vodka to cheers with Jetfire* I watched my favorite DJ do her annual NYE stream, where we rang in the new year from the east coast all the way to Hawaii. Then I had an egg salad sammich and some water, and went to bed around 4:30 this morning. didn't wake up with a headache, either.

Ahhh. I don't think I'd played long enough sessions to get the reminders. It's a neat feature, though!

Yeah, only I went East Coast to Hawaiian Islands. And since it was on a twitch stream, there were a few hype trains, and all of them reached at least level 6, which meant the DJ and her husband got shots, and their youngest cats got treats or catnip. So I was pretty tipsy and emotional as a result, but I was sober enough to know I needed to eat something and have water before I went to bed.

Unlike Rodimus and Ironhide lol
