Once again, I just wanted to rave about this new feature.
The last few days, I saw something spectacular happen, something I haven't seen since my first 3 or 4 years on Kofk - the forums were so active that I physically couldn't keep up with replies quickly enough.
Forums were on the next page by the time I went through my rotation, reminiscent of the days when Firn's Hangout Forum was so busy that I could type as quickly as I can and still not be able to reply within the same page as my previous post. Back when you could bump your Selling Thread up every day sometimes even twice a day, because of activity.
I am so, so thrilled to see the forums active again. This is such a lovely community, and chatting with people is one of my favorite parts of being on this site. I am so happy to see the forums so active again, even if it is only for a few days a month.
I think that this new feature is one of the most successful yet, as far as increasing activity and adding to the user experience on Kofk. You should be very, very proud of yourselves, Firn and Starkard. It worked. It really, truly worked.
I feel like the Kingdom is about to hit a second Golden Age, where the traffic and activity is as high as it was back in the good old days. And I am so, so happy to hear that. I was so worried - things got really, really slow for awhile, and I was afraid that the community was going to fall apart. But I think you may have saved it with all of the work you have done, and all of the new features you have established. Way to go, Firn and Starkard. You truly did it.
