Oh I see, so nothing really to change in your lifestyle to aid your body.
I'm not sure on how your health condition and regulations but working out might be great as well, sometimes heavy exercise can make both your body and mind tired so it's easier to fall asleep - or at least it does that for me.
Aw just try and keep yourself busy and motivated
