I get those pop ups too once in awhile and also don't think if them as not test but a random reward for being on the site 
Like on one page, and then immediately on the next page is what I mean to say when I say back to back.

yeah mainly i just call those pop ups, not bot tests. xD because when i think of bot tests, i think of those "Are you Human" tests, and then they give you a grid of pictures and you pick the one they want. XD

For a while those pop ups/ bot tests were coded wrong and even if you selected the correct answer it would say you failed. I'm glad they currently work and give material.

yeah i think it was during that one update and then there were a whole bunch of bugs that popped up around it. i think its still a stickied thing somewhere, maybe in help or support.
