My dad's side of the family is like... I don't even know most of them, because they all hate each other and refuse to be in the same room. They hold grudges like it's nobody's business. It's kind of a shame.

My mom's side talked badly about my dad a lot.
They felt need to insult him for being Mexican, which I am also Mexican so they were insulting me too.
My dad's side of the family seems to make me laugh a lot.
It's so funny, their reactions to each other xD
I remember this one time we were like...having a family get together...

Aunt: John, will you go get me some salt?
Dad: Sure. -goes to get salt-
Aunt 2: I'll bring it out in a minute when I bring this food out!
Dad: Oh, okay. -goes back to table-
Aunt: John, I wasn't kidding about that salt >BU
Dad: She's bring it! Damn! >8U

I think my mother's family has some issues.
My grandmother is quite a bad person, and everybody around her is damaged - one way or another.
My father's family seems quite good from the outside, and I'm assuming that all that goes wrong there now is my mother's doing...

*sighs*

Well, anyway, I haven't felt like posting these last two days.
Ever happens to you, that you read posts and think the reply in your head but don't feel like typing it?
It does sound silly, I know.

Yeah, I'm feeling ok.
It's not that I feel bad, I just don't feel talkative.

Truth is I've been around people a bit too much for my taste.
I had some meetings on Thursday afternoon, so I spent the whole day at work.
I suppose I kinda need a reset, if that makes any sense.

We really ge a lot of alone-time even when we are in the same house XD

I'm content being an Introvert.
Most of my life, my family tried to get me fixed.
Was nothing wrong with me xD

It's like that with my Asexuality...
I actually recently found the term Aromantic and I wonder if it applies to me too...

I just purely 100% have no interest in anyone xD
I don't want to date.
I don't want to get married.
I'd rather get stabbed in the leg and get stitches than have sex with anyone 8u

Stabbed in the leg does not sound very nice to me, but you have your own tastes xD

I'm fine being an introvert.
I don't really look much like one, because I'm a talkative person. They just don't notice that's the way I adapted to the enviroment.
Actually I talk too much when I'm anxious or nervous, specially in social situations!

I think there are plenty of introverts, maybe we are half the population?
But many of us try to fit in a world built for extroverts, so extroverts assume we are just like them. Nope, that's not it.



Well, today I'm staying home.
My son had a fever last night, and although he's a bit better today we decided he should not go to school today.
So I'm staying with him - all morning and all afternoon, cause my husband has some stuff to do which is hard to postpone.

It just shows how uninterested I am 8u

I make jokes when I'm anxious and nervous.
Sometimes people are offended by it.
They refuse to acknowledge it's a coping mechanism.

When I was a kid, my class would have parties.
I'd get some snacks and sit by myself and eat.
I was happy doing that.
I was happy sitting alone at lunch with my friends not at school, but these girls from another class tried to get me to come sit with them.
