Have you use anything with Flaxseeds ? I saw a flaxseed wrap I wanna try out.
Also being a gluten dieted have you lost any weight or gain it ? ( sorry for asking I just want to know )
Sorry Rubie for double D: I just wanted to make sure Kimi saw her post and also for me not to make a long post.
Well, almond flour is made of ground blanched almonds, and brown rice flour is made of ground brown rice.
They are, pretty much everything I eat is homemade, since it's hard to find anything I can eat otherwise
These are from the same blogger, though I tend to make cinnamon raisin, which has some differences.
I haven't done much of anything with flax seeds, though we do have some to try out things in the future

If you do try it, tell me if it's any good?
I lost some weight when we first found out I was gluten-intolerant, because it took a while to figure out how to replace the foods I was used to eating. Over time, I've seen more muscle gain than anything because of all the effort it takes to make baked things.
But it was going off dairy (I also tested positive for an issue there) where I really lost weight. I dropped twelve pounds in a couple months and almost got hospitalized >.> So now I eat dairy again since not eating it wasn't making me feel any better and I couldn't eat enough without it. Also it's delicious *clings to cheese*
My mom got a job as a clerk in the post office, though, and has already lost thirty pounds

So that seems to be a good option: get paid to lose weight!
