Yeah it's like that sometimes. I can't tell if it's constipation caused by my mental health meds or if it's IBS. It hurts so bad that I have to shut off my whole brain it hurts so bad. My parents do worry that I might need to go to the hospital when I'm in pain like that but what can they honestly do? :(

Well, I know when it's IBS, because the urge to GO is pretty urgent. Like I say, it's like upside down urking. *sympathy*
