Hello everyone!
Today we would like to introduce a new site feature to you - The Candy Caravan!
What's the Candy Caravan?
The Candy Caravan is an event shop that will only be accessible for a few days each month. If there is a seasonal event going on within a month, the Candy Caravan might possibly not appear during that month.
In this shop you can buy items with a new currency: Frosted Donuts.
You can see your Donut Count in the right upper corner of the page, right under the Troth Token Claiming icon.
Items in this shop are time-limited, but will stay there for a longer period of time. We might still adjust this time period after we get some feedback, but for now we are aiming at a 3-month-interval, like with Treasure Trove items. This means that about every 3 months one item (with all its colors) will be removed from the shop and will be replaced with a new one. We will always remove the oldest itme and we will make a reminder about its removal the last time the Candy Caravan is here before the time when it gets removed, so that you will know that it's your last chance to obtain the item.
Donuts are not trade-able, but you will find that the prices to buy items in the Candy Caravan are very low, so instead of trading Donuts, you can just trade the items instead.
How do I get Frosted Donuts?
You can obtain Donuts through posting in our forums. Each post you make gives you one Donut, except for posts in the Spam and Word Game forum. We might vary the ways to obtain Donuts, so sometimes, when the Candy Caravan opens, you might get Donuts through digging, pop-ups, or possibly another method, but we would like to keep the focus on posting, as we hope that this might bring some more activity to our forums. Please follow Kingdom Of Knuffel's rules. There are many people eager to engage in conversation. Spamming is not allowed!
Your Donuts will not disappear after the Candy Caravan closes. You get to keep all Donuts even when the shop is closed and can use them another time, but you will only be able to earn new Donuts while the Candy Caravan is open!
This time the Candy Caravan opens today, September 9th, and will stay open till September 13th. We will always make an announcement when the Candy Caravan is back in the Kingdom!
