Well of course the AUs hurt more, that's when we can do whatever we want without fear of destroying the story.

If you mean the AU where angels are demons and demons are angels, we haven't talked about that in a while :3c Not since we added to the list of endgames.

I remember in the species swap AU Shabriel was like Kind of A Thing. As well as Shane/Molly... ahuhuhu.

So Shane basically cheating on them for Adam. Ahaha.

Shabriel is like, the Dark Horse of ships tbh. It's still canon. It's kind of amazing.

I can't believe Shane is gonna be an asshole and cheat on everyone though. He's got two perfectly good twins!!!!

I mean when we talked about Shabriel in this AU it wasn't a particularly romantic thing. Gabriel was the heir and it was more a convenience thing. Same with Molly/Shane (Mane? Lmao??)

I mean it's still a dick move on Shane's part but yknow it's not like he was leaving the love(s?) of his life.

Plus even though I say Shane is bisexual tbh he might be gay honestly like I don't know if he'd be genuinely attracted to Molly it's super complicated lbr.

And yes, this does mean Demon Benji which I was going to bring up if you did not. I wonder if Benji gets along with the royals in this one.

And yeah idk I used to be into genderbends but I don't really like the way they change my characters tbh I started disliking them a few years ago. Plus I want my pretty boys to stay boys because I'm selfish like that.

I think Gender Swapped AUs can still be pretty good though, and with the multiverse theory it's an inevitability.

Listen I'm Shadam trash but Shabriel doesn't just go away okay. The undertones are absolutely always going to be there.

I mean it's possible the twins could care. I remember they're both actually pretty aloof about things, Gabriel because he's the heir and he has to put on that face and Molly because she's pissed she's NOT the heir and nobody really cares about what she can bring to the table.

I don't think he would break up with them first if it's kind of just a FWB thing tbh. He might tell them, but probably not until after something happens between he and Adam.

I'm not sure where Audrey falls in this AU tbh like it could go either way but it might be interesting to have her as growing up with Adam and Lilith instead of the twins.

Grace is probably still friends with Gabe but the circumstances of like...whatever shape they're taking I'm not sure of. I guess they'd be a demon but they'd probably not be honest about it.

Since everyone's morals are kind of skewed I think they might actually kind of get along with Benji??? Maybe Shane still hates him LMAO. Maybe Molly too idk. Maybe not though.

It's definitely possible Benji could have Real Gay Feelings for Adam in this one. (Shane definitely hates him in this AU.)

What if Benji just always has Real Gay Feelings for Adam, the biggest twist of all. At least in the AUs where Adam gets to slack off it seems like Benji is hella into him, LOL.
