If you pay $2.50 you'll be charged $2.50. If you pay 1.90€ you'll be charged 1.90€. How much 1.90€ is in US dollars changes daily. But usually it would be around $2.45 and $2.55 -not big deal, Firn already calculated it to be the same value. Before you confirm payment PayPal will tell you how much you'll be charged in $, no matter wich currency you're using to pay. Anyway that small difference is important for the KofK administrators, because a cent in many donations may become a few dollars they're losing every month!!

Ok what is confusing me...is I dont know much about the pound or whatever its called.. so how much is the $ compared to the pound? how much of my $ do i need to make the 1.90 of the pound? x.x money issues like this confuses me too much.

$2.50 are 1.90€ (= Euro)
It might be a few cent more or less depending on the current course, but that's pretty much the average.
