Its random, sometimes 2x a day other times it could be the same for weeks, it depends if a new piece of clothing or an accessory catches my eye.

Not very often, and usually all outfits I've worn before. Sometimes I'll change a lot in a week, if I'm feeling particularly undecided or creative, or gotten some new items. On the whole, not a lot of changing happens.
