Man, I don't know how people have a favorite, or how people can pick a top 5 or 10 lists. But the ones I really love and I think everyone should give a watch are:
Owari no Seraph (and the manga)
Hunter x Hunter (Killua is so freaking cute)
Natsume Yuujinchou (+sequels and the manga)
Shinseki Yori
Haikyuu (and the manga)
Boku no Hero Academia (AND THE MANGA)
There's probably more, but the list would be so long.
