Have you been to the doctor to get it checked?

In the meantime you can try raising your blood pressure with coffee (Can't be decaffeinated), chocolate or tea.
You could faint if your pressure falls too much, so take care Meta.

*edits* @Moi: To call blood pressure 'low' it's gotta be in a range of 90/60 mmHg or lower.
Normal blood pressure should be around 120/90 mmHg :/

i dont know much about it o_O
i usualy got a bit high blood pressure cause of my weight o_O

no i wont go see a doctor
i dont like doctors and also i dont think i need it for such a matter its not like i would do something reckless today o_O
i'll dirnk some cola and will go shoping soon nothign more ôo

I'm almost at the point of becoming a doctor.
Does that mean you won't like me?

It's not because you'll do something reckless or not Meta,
It's because changes in blood pressure can mean really delicate things,
Like malfunction of heart and other organs, and you should get it checked before it becomes something without solution. Especially if you're overweight or below the average weight.
Just my advice though.

Mine's usually like 110/62

The lowest it's been was 90 I think.

I think my family expects me to have high blood
pressure, but mine is usually just 110-116/62-65

dont worry i meant the job itselfe not the persons... okay i dont like my doctor cause shes dad hag .-.-

well its not the first time and i was checked last year ;)
i know now that im not good with hot weather and i should drink alot :)
but i also have to take vitamins and stuff like magnesium.
when its so hot outside i drink water with some lemonjuice in it (no sugar)
it quiet helps cause i dont like those flavoured tablets o_O
you know those which you put in a glas of water and they become somethign liek a not really tasting drink with some kind of soap and juice flavor? =/
i hate them =_=
i like that i have normal pills for magnesium and stuff but the vitamin c stuff is only those tabletts or some kind of powder o_o
they both teaste awful -.-

whatever ^^
somehow it makes me happy that there is someone who cares for me even if its someon on the internet ^^

I had a doctor that was a complete bitch one time.

She didn't even hold the door open for her patient
and he had a broken arm =_=

Then she embarrassed me and pressed too hard on my stomach.

@Moi: Your pressure it's totally fine, if I were your doctor I would be proud of you.
It's better to have it around 110/80 than exactly in 120 and stuff, even more so, it's recommended because it prevents heart attacks :)

@Meta: You're very welcome. It's really bad to hear such a thing happened to you ):
Well, I don't like artificial flavoring stuff myself, so I know what you mean.
But instead of just lemon, I'd recommend orange juice (It has more vitamin C), guava, papaya, strawberries, etc. They all have a good amount of Vitamin C. You don't have to get stuck with plain lemon, haha. Besides V.C is great for your immune system (So you don't get sick as often) and prevents getting wrinkles at young age ;)


I can understand though, doctors or not, there are people who isn't just nice at all. And it's even sadder considering they have jobs in which being kind and caring is a must :/
