I don't like bananas either! XP Blech! But I will force them down, or hide them in a fruit smoothie, if I need the potassium.
There are lots of other foods that are high in potassium, as well!
Apricots, Avocados, Cantaloupe, Dates, Dried fruits, Dried figs, Grapefruit Juice, Honeydew Melon, Kiwi, Mango, Nectarine, Orange (and Orange Juice), Papaya, Pomegranate (and Pomegranate Juice), Prunes (and Prune Juice), Raisins, Acorn Squash, Artichoke, Bamboo Shoots, Baked Beans, Butternut Squash, Refried Beans, boiled fresh Beets, Black Beans, cooked Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Chinese Cabbage, raw Carrots, Dried Beans, Dried Peas, Hubbard Squash, Kohlrabi (whatever the heck that is!), cooked White Muschrooms, Okra, Parsnips, White Potateos, Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkin, Rutabagas, cooked Spinach, Tomatoes, Vegetable Juices, Bran, Chocolate, Granola, Milk Molasses, Nuts, Seeds, Peanut Butter, Salt Substitutes, Salt-Free Broth, Yogurt...the list goes on and on! ^^

I don't mind cool showers in the summer - heck, I quite like them after a long day of gardening! But I dislike them when I'm already sore and cold. x.x And I HATE ice-cold showers. Even in Cambodia, which was melt-your-face-off hot, I still couldn't stand the ice-cold showers after a long day in the sun visiting temples. x.x
