The Doughnight '12 set is missing the background and ring. I do actually have those two items but was intending on keeping them, so I would only part with them for particularly good prices.

Your offer for the St. Patrick 2011 Dress is acceptable.

I seem to have only periodic access myself. Does make things a bit more difficult when you cannot access the only real price guide that we have.

It's an item from 2008 and pretty rare, so that's why it has gotten so expensive.
Yes, there was an item set design contest Firn ran some time ago. I got 8th place and a few of the sets that placed above me got put into the TT.
