If you want to get more out of it - even if it means waiting a bit , I would suggest you auctioning it in the market.
You can safely start at 100k, and set the amount of days you're willing to wait (from 1 to 14) and see how much people are willing to pay for it.

Yep. They are extremely expensive.
They used to be just a few thousands, then raised to 10k, and then still a bit more - a bit at a time.
I went on a hiatus a few years ago and they were selling for about 16-17k.
When I returned I was shocked with their value.

If you can afford to sell just one, you can buy plenty of stuff from all the regular shops!
