Back home.

My husband was invited to a conference in the city in which we studied. So we decided to spend the weekend there and all family traveled together.
Not far from here, really only one hour drive.
But we got a hotel room and that always feels fancy :mclaugh:

It is holidays, even if it's short it is still holidays.
Staying in a hotel, having a buffet-breakfast, eating out all meals... that's what holidays are made of.
Never mind that I spent the rest of the day in playgrounds xD

I never liked staying in hotels but I'm also Agoraphobic so 8u

Oh, I do enjoy them.
I suppose it's the holidays feeling in general - not that I spend much time in the hotel room anyway.

And buffet breakfasts are something to live for xD

There really is kind of a "holiday" feeling that sweeps over you when you stay in a hotel, I love that feeling too.

And the breakfasts :mclove: It's all simple breakfast food, but the buffet part makes it fun LOL
