Same question. Bankruptcy does seem like your solution. I think you'd have to find while being sued.

I just wanted to come in and say that where I live, he would have to file a claim against your car insurance before he could sue you for whatever they won't pay out. Has that happened already?

They arrest people that get in accidents but don't have car insurance where I'm from. That stinks. :c

Here you get a really big ticket. It used to be $350, but I'm sure it's higher now.
