Well I kind of measure my worth based on how other people feel about me. So I am like, oh if I'm in pain or not taking care of myself okay then that will make 'blank' sad. I want 'blank' to be happy so I'll try to take better care of me. For me blank is my husband. But for you your person might be your mom or sister.
