What were they like u8
I really don't hear much about Wisconsin.
I have friends in Delaware and Ohio and a teacher from Michigan and they get hard winters 8u
They'll be in mid blizzard and it'll be in the 90s here xD

All I remember was snow and ice I’d always slip on and being so cold.

The ice was the worst. There was one winter it was too cold to really snow. Which is weird.

I remember we had to go to school after a snow and there was ice on the roads.
We had to walk across the street several times because we had classes all over.
Soooo I was slipping on ice and almost broke my ass >__>
A+ schooling, guys.

Yeah, we had to like cross the street at least 4-5 times a day.
Go to the church, go to English, go to History, go to the cafeteria, go to math - all of them involved crossing streets.
I was going to math when I slipped and almost broke my ass.
Luckily there was a car nearby and I grabbed onto it.
This one guy in my class actually did slip and fall at the cafeteria.

Snow is so rare here that when it snows, I freak out.
I've only seen snow a handful of times in my life.
And it's usually gone within an hour.
But I'm kinda glad it's not frequent because last time it snowed, I took one step outside and slipped xD

All our classes were in one building, none of this outside in the buttcrack of winter crap
Except for getting to and from school but not between classes

That's how schools should be.

Yeah the elementary school kids would have to go outside and cross the track to the middle/high school to swim, but that happens in summer and fall, when the weather's nice
And even that isn't across a road

We crossed to the cafeteria and gym in grade school, but that's all.
As soon as we hit junior high, we had to walk all over.
Our math class was literally a small house. We didn't have an actual math room.
And we used the other side for Geography class for a while.

It's funny because we had two teachers from The Philippines and one did math and the other did Geography.
They were a married couple and honestly, they weren't like the other teachers.
They seemed more laid back and willingly to be friendly with us.
Not that other teachers weren't friendly, but they were different.
And it was weird because they both had the same, strong accent but I could understand the husband and not really the wife. I think it was her pitch.
I remember them saying we'd have trouble saying their last names so we just called them Mr. B and Mrs. B.
