I was wondering since you guys were talking about getting the new hairclip on the 10th (around 2pm my time), but it wasn't showing up for me until later in the day (8pm my time, or 12am server time).

I don't usually look at the time either but it's easy to remember after server reset time since I claim TTs and do my best to be on when it does reset so I don't forget after.

And then you rush to the page and look all over until you find it and get happy or a bit disappointed depending on how much you like the item.
I quite like the skull btw, I'm already thinking of using it when Halloween comes around.
